LOST ORDERS/DAMAGED ORDERS:

If your tracking shows as delivered, but you can't find your package we recommend doing the following:

Give it a little extra time! Many times carriers accidentally mark as delivered when the package is still in transit, in these instances the package usually gets delivered in 1-3 days.
Be sure to check all possible locations of delivery around your address.
Reach out to your local post office.

If you still have been unsuccessful in getting your package after 7 days of the tracking information showing as delivered, please reach out to us at support@javvycoffee.com our team will be more than happy to help!

RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT:

We ask that you reach out within 15 days of receiving your order to receive a reshipment, so make sure to unpack your Javvy as soon as you get it!
